Right of withdrawal

When you shop online you have 14 days to withdraw. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not pay a fee to withdraw. This page tells you how to do it and what happens afterwards. The rest of the terms for the purchase are in the terms and conditions.

The 14 days

The deadline runs from the day you — or someone else you asked to receive the parcel, who is not the carrier — take possession of the item. We send the whole order together, so for an order with several items the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, you may wait until the following business day.

How to withdraw

Send us an unambiguous message that you are withdrawing before the deadline expires. Write to contact@annor.dk. It is the message that must be sent within the 14 days — not the item itself.

Do include your order number and which items it concerns, so we can find the order straight away. You can use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, but you do not have to: an ordinary email is just as valid.

Returning the item

Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you have dispatched the item before the 14 days are up.

You pay the cost of sending the item back yourself.

Do enclose a copy of the order confirmation, so we can see which order the parcel belongs to.

The condition of the item

You may unpack the item and examine it as you would in a shop. If you have handled or used the item beyond that, you are liable for the reduction in value it caused, and we deduct that amount from the refund.

Getting the money back

We refund no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you are withdrawing. We use the same payment method you paid with, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and it costs you nothing to get the money back.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have documented that you have sent it — whichever happens first.

If you withdraw from the whole order, you also get back the delivery costs you paid, though only up to the price of the cheapest standard delivery we offered. If you chose a more expensive delivery, you do not get back what exceeded the cheapest one. If you withdraw from only part of the order, we refund the price of the items, but not the delivery.

Items made for you

Some things are only made once they have been ordered. The right of withdrawal applies to them in exactly the same way: 14 days from the day you receive the item.
