Terms and conditions
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms apply to every purchase in the shop. We sell only to addresses in Denmark and only in Danish kroner. If you are buying as a consumer, Danish consumer law applies — and it takes precedence over everything written below.

Prices and VAT
All prices are in Danish kroner. The business is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices.
The price of an item is stated with the item. The delivery options, what they cost and how long they take are shown in the cart before you pay. The price you are shown on the payment page is the price we charge — we add no fees on top.
Ordering and the agreement
You put the items in the cart, choose delivery and are sent on to payment. The order is created with us before you even reach the payment window, so your payment always has an order to land on.
The agreement is binding once the payment has gone through. When the payment is confirmed we send an order confirmation to the email address you gave. Our payment provider additionally sends its own receipt for the payment itself.
Payment
Payment takes place in a payment window at Stripe. We never see your card details and do not store them — they are entered at Stripe.
Which payment methods you can choose, for example card or MobilePay, is a setting on our Stripe account. You can see the methods that are open in the payment window.
The payment must be completed within one hour. If it is not, the order lapses. In that case no money has been taken, and you are welcome to order again.
Delivery
We deliver only to addresses in Denmark.
The delivery options, their price and their delivery estimate are shown in the cart before you pay. An estimate is an estimate — not a guaranteed day of delivery.
We send the whole order together. Our items are made once you have ordered them, so the order is dispatched when everything in it is finished, and the production time is added on top of the delivery estimate you see in the cart.
If an item cannot be delivered after all
It should not happen. If it does anyway — for example if an item cannot be made or turns out to be damaged — we write to you rather than leaving you waiting. If we cannot deliver, we pay back what you paid for that item to the payment method you used, and you are not bound by the agreement for anything we cannot deliver.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw when you shop online. The deadline runs from the day you receive the item, and for an order we send together, from the day you receive the last item. You withdraw by giving us an unambiguous message before the deadline expires.
How you withdraw, where the item is sent, who pays the return postage, and how the money comes back are on the page about the right of withdrawal, together with the standard withdrawal form.
Right to complain
There is a two-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is a fault or defect in the item that was there from the outset, you can complain about it for two years from the day you received the item. The right to complain does not cover damage you have caused yourself, nor wear that follows from ordinary use.
Tell us within a reasonable time after you discover the fault. Write to not published yet with your order number and a description of what is wrong — a photograph is welcome.
If the complaint is justified, you may, depending on the circumstances, have the item repaired or replaced, get a reduction in the price or get your money back, and we cover reasonable shipping costs for the return, as the Sale of Goods Act prescribes. Agree it with us before you send anything back. The item is sent to:

Governing law
